Founded in 2023 by local Tallahassee healthcare professionals, Legacy Homecare Group is a veteran-owned, licensed home care agency dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities continue living safely, comfortably, and independently at home. Licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), fully insured and bonded, and backed by 24-hour nursing oversight, we combine clinical expertise with compassionate, relationship-centered care.
