Troy Marks, FF/EMT
Director of Operations and CPR Instructor, Troy has 18+ years with the Tallahassee Fire Department. A founding member of Legacy HomeCare Group, he oversees safety systems and ensures our caregivers are fully trained in emergency response and compassionate care.
Dr. Joni Scott
Dr. Joni Scott is a dedicated healthcare professional with 21+ years as an Optometric Physician and 17 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. A co-founder of Legacy HomeCare Group, she bridges the gap between clinical treatment and in-home support, providing personalized care while preserving independence and dignity.
Brooke Marks
Founder, RN Administrator, and Executive Director, Brooke has 20+ years of nursing experience with a BSN from Samford University. Certified in Senior Care Management, she specializes in personalized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients, guiding families through complex care planning with empathy and expertise.
Alexander Newton
Alexander Newton, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, brings extensive expertise in healthcare technology. With over 13 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist, he has dedicated his career to supporting healthcare environments, specializing in serving veterans and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Alexander is proud to be a part of Legacy HomeCare Group, delivering compassionate, reliable, and personalized care.
